AVID Volvere

The Volvere turntable uses many of the unique design elements of the much-acclaimed Acutus turntable at an affordable price.
In brief this is a belt drive, sprung subchassis design. Built to the same engineering standard as the Acutus turntable and incorporating a similar clamping, bearing and suspension design.

Vibration caused by the stylus during playback is transmitted to the subchassis directly through the main bearing and not absorbed into the platter. This is achived using a unique matting material and clamping system. External vibrations are isolatedby the unique AVID suspension system.

A purpose designed electronic on board power supply coupled to a high torque motor, drives a heavy 5Kg platter.
